NYTimes.com gives you access to the latest articles of the New York Times, one of the most read newspapers in the world. You can also research topics in the Times' archives (1851 to 1922 and 1981 to present). Please note that the crossword and cooking sites are separate products and are not available through our service.


You can access New York Times with your library card for a 72-hour period as often as you want. The first time you enter, click redeem to receive 72-hour access and create an account. After that, login directly to nytimes.com. If you see an error message, your 72-hour access period may have ended. Please return and click the link above again.


Once you have an account, use it to sign in to your mobile device for continuous access.
