Room Rentals

We have replaced our LCD projectors with large Smart TVs, installed in Meeting Room 1A and 1B, and Meeting Room 2 at the Central Library!

Easy Setup

When you book a room with Room Rental staff, please let them know you wish to use a “Smart TV” for your meeting.  The rental cost of a TV is $10.00, in addition to any other room rental fees.  On the day of your meeting, a TV remote and an HDMI cable, along with an easy “How-to” instruction card will be in the meeting room.

The Smart TVs are easy to use-- simply connect your laptop to the TV using the HDMI cable provided.  The TVs also provide a more comfortable viewing experience; keep the room lights on as the TV’s performance is not affected by any ambient light.

  • Complimentary amenities included in each meeting room include sink, countertop, flipchart and whiteboard, screen, lectern (upon request), and assistive listening device (upon request).
  • Groups using an outside phone line will be responsible for any long distance phone charges incurred.
