How-To in 10 Festival

Are you a local business or community organization?  The How-to in 10 Festival provides an opportunity to showcase your expertise, teach a new skill and promote your business and programs/ services to your community.

How it works:  The Festival is designed for participants to learn new skills in about 10 minutes each.  Approximately 30 stations are set up throughout the library, each with simple activities. The learning is informal, with people moving from station to station throughout the 4-hour time span and there are no set times for demonstrations.  Last year, we had over 350 participants attend the festival and more than 2,000 people came through the doors of our busy library location that day.  It is a great way to advertise your business or organization, while also giving people the chance to learn a new skill from you based on your expertise.  Vendor participation is FREE; however please note that products or services cannot be sold at the event.
